As I sit here, staring at a blank screen where I’m supposed to share information about Who I Am and what is Spirited Frog, my mind flashes back to my childhood and what may have been the auspicious beginning of Spirited Frog.

When I was a little girl (okay, a little tomboy), me and my sisters would ride our bikes to a little pond in the park near our home. There we would watch all the little frogs and tadpoles swimming around. We sometimes brought some tadpoles home in a jar. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what their fate was from that point.

In more recent years, references to frogs kept appearing to me. My niece and nephews refer to me as Aunt Froggy (long and weird story). I would see brightly colored frogs on ads while driving. During the time I was considering to call my business Spirited Frog, I went to my favorite chocolate shop (we all have one, right?). In the display case were painted chocolate frogs! What are the odds? All this lead me to believe that the mighty frog is my spirit animal. A session with a Shaman confirmed that!

Over the course of several years, I have experienced a spiritual awakening, self-transformation and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing world. All of these experiences are lessons expressed by the mighty Frog.
